- Where is my order? You can check its status any time on our Order Lookup page.
- Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us within 5 hours of placing it and include your order number.
- Order arrived damaged or wrong? Tell us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we’ll send a free replacement.
- Not happy with your coffee? Our 15-day satisfaction guarantee covers a replacement or store credit.
