Every coffee we sell is made by Fabula Coffee. Fabulae Coffee is an authorized Fabula retailer, and here is what goes into every bag.
Sourcing
The beans come from small farms in several countries, mostly in Latin America. Our best-selling coffees come from Peru, Colombia and Mexico.
They are grown at high elevations and on shade-grown farms, where coffee cherries ripen slowly under the canopy.
Roasting & freshness
- The coffee is roasted three times a week.
- It is roasted and bagged right before shipping, so it reaches you fresh.
- Coffee is usually at its most flavorful around 6–9 days after roasting.
Storing your coffee
Keep the bag sealed in a cool, dark cupboard. Avoid the fridge — moisture dulls the flavor. For the best cup, grind whole beans just before brewing.
