These Terms of Service apply when you use fabulaecoffe.com (the “website”) or buy from Fabulae Coffee (“Fabulae”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Fabulae Coffee is an authorized retailer of Fabula Coffee products. “Fabula” and related names and logos are trademarks of their respective owner.
2. Using our website
You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity on your account.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a product is unavailable, if there is an error in the price or description, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we will refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes. Shipping is free on orders over $49; for smaller orders, the shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
5. Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Delivery usually takes 5–7 business days; delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when your order is delivered to the shipping address you provided. See Shipping & Returns for details.
6. Cancellations, replacements and refunds
You may cancel an order within 5 hours of placing it for a full refund. Damaged, defective or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery will be replaced free of charge. Our 15-day satisfaction guarantee offers a replacement or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds on delivered orders, except where required by law. 7. Promotions and discount codes
Discount codes and promotions are subject to any conditions shown with the offer, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless stated otherwise, only one code can be used per order.
8. Product information and health statements
We try to describe our products and show their images as accurately as possible, but packaging and colors may vary slightly.
Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before using wellness products such as teas and collagen.
9. Reviews and content you submit
If you submit a review or other content, you confirm it is your own honest opinion and does not break any law. You give us permission to display it on our website and in our marketing. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fabulae Coffee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the website or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold Fabulae Coffee harmless from any claims, losses or costs arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the website.
14. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Where applicable, any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order.
